Beyond the control and documentation of scientific molding, Winzeler Gear has created our quality systems with an emphasis on gear inspection throughout the production process. Our quality lab and gear metrology lab represent an investment of over $1M of gear inspection equipment to maintain the highest quality product.

We maintain IATF 16949 (International Automotive Task Force) certification, and we perform dual flank roll tests on a continuous basis to ensure that the gears we manufacture function consistently throughout the life of the program. Our team of experts partner with DuPont and Bradley University’s Mechanical Engineering School to help create new tools to advance plastic gear design and help keep the quality of our products at the highest possible standard.
